We hope that you will be happy with all products purchased from the Site, however, if you are not, you have the right to change your mind and cancel the Transaction at any time before shipment and within 30 days after shipment (beginning on the day after you receive the products (Cooling-Off Period)). Should you wish to do this, please contact us at info@infectiousgames.co.nz to process a cancellation or return, and, provided that you follow the return methods we provide to you, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products together with the costs of return, which you will receive at the time indicated by us at the time of your cancellation.
